LIHC Full Club Meeting

Join LIHC

The Leadership Institute performs a fall and spring competency process for prospective members.  The “comp process” is the process in which we teach prospective members about the club and the applicants take on responsibility in the organization to prove what they can accomplish.  At the end of the comp process, prospective members will be granted full membership in the organization if they successfully complete the milestones and impress the Executive Board.

This year, due to extremely high interest from many talented students, the Leadership Institute comp process consists of a written application, interviews, case studies and a series of planning various LIHC events.

Students interested in applying to The Leadership Institute outside of official comp dates should send an e-mail to comp@HarvardLeadership.org and state reasons why they should be considered outside of the normal recruiting cycle.

LIHC Comp:

  • The spring comp is now open!  Please click here for information about the organization, available positions and the applications.
